About Me

I love growing cut flowers. This past winter, I finally nailed growing from seed for most of my annuals. I've had so many failures, but when it happens and I create magic flower life there's nothing like it. I spend most of my days out in my garden from early March until the snow comes. I love the hard work of watering, bug control, and staking. Let me do the hard work for you.

My black cat, Escalus, the Prince of Verona, named by my daughter after a minor character in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, keeps my garden free of bunnies and voles. We're still working on a chipmunk issue this summer.

I don't know if I can make my passion into a little business, but I'm going to try. Let me make bouquets for your small gatherings! I'm pretty bendy and happy to hear special requests.
